Dear Apple,
For the past 3-4 months, my iPhone 14 has had serious call quality issues—my voice sounds muffled, and when using speaker mode, the other person can barely hear me. I ignored it at first, but after every software update, the problems worsened. Now, my phone also has:
Slower camera performance
Frequent Face ID failures
Rapid battery drain
Due to these issues, I took my phone to Ankara Ankamall Gürgençler Apple Premium Partner on February 17, 2025, and explained everything. On March 2, I received a message stating my phone was out of warranty and only eligible for a paid repair. Apple’s service team then told me that my phone could be repaired for ₺37,499!
After speaking with Apple Support on March 6, a senior representative claimed my microphone was broken and blamed "user damage," meaning my warranty was void.
This decision is completely unfair and legally questionable:
My phone has NO external damage—how did an internal component break? Apple provided no clear explanation.
How can I trust the service process? What guarantees that my phone wasn’t damaged at the service center?
Apple records service interactions—I demand access to the audio and video records for my case.
I request a full report with images proving the so-called damage.
Apple must honor the warranty—accusing customers of "user damage" without solid proof is unacceptable.
