Request For ResumeCoach Subscription Refund

I am a ResumeCoach user from Thailand, and I am requesting a full refund of 957.49 THB that was charged to my account on February 16, 2026, at 18:45. This payment was taken from my account linked to the email address thaw7l***@gmail.com. I had signed up only for a trial period and was not aware that it would automatically renew into a full-price subscription on this date. I did not intend to continue with the premium service beyond the trial. As soon as I noticed the charge, I sent an email to ResumeCoach support to request a refund. I kindly request that my membership be cancelled immediately and that the full amount of 957.49 THB be refunded, as I did not knowingly agree to this renewal. I would appreciate your prompt assistance with resolving this situation.
