I am a Free Fire player on Android, and my account is linked to my Google account. My Free Fire UID is 1815594711, and my in-game name is “TuPac.” My account is registered in India, and I am extremely concerned about its security.
On February 7, 2026, at around 12:23 PM, a fake recovery email address (yqid***@hi2.in) was added to my account, and it is currently in the buffer period. This email was generated through the website https://hi**in/#/ and does not belong to me in any way. At the same time, my Free Fire account was banned for 30 days, which means I cannot log in and manually cancel this email binding.
According to the information displayed, the buffer period will end on February 21, 2026, and if no action is taken before that date, I am afraid I will permanently lose access to my account. I am extremely worried about the security of my account and its data.
I have already tried to contact Garena/Free Fire customer support, but the AI-based support system I reached was not helpful and did not provide a solution to this specific security issue. I could not find any option to clearly explain that a fake recovery email was added while my account is banned and that I am technically unable to cancel it myself.
I respectfully request that you urgently remove the fake recovery email (yqidwk***@hi2.in) from my account or temporarily lift the ban so that I can log in and cancel the binding process myself before the buffer period ends on February 21, 2026. I want my account to be fully secured under my ownership only, and I ask that my case be reviewed as a priority due to the high risk of permanently losing access.
