My iPhone 16 Pro Has Screen and Camera Defects

I bought an iPhone 16 Pro on December 23, 2024, paying ₺87,000 for what was supposed to be a brand-new, original, and guaranteed device. But ever since I got it, I’ve faced serious issues. First, the screen suddenly turned half black. Then, while recording videos, the image constantly flickers and the lighting goes in and out—it’s completely unusable.

This is clearly a manufacturing defect. I contacted support, expecting a replacement since I’m still within the first six months—Apple's own policy says I’m eligible. But instead, they told me the phone would be repaired and returned. I didn’t pay for a repaired phone—I paid for a brand-new one.
