Booking.com Charged Me Three Times and Never Refunded
I made a reservation via Booking.com for Courtyard by Marriott Toronto Brampton on 22 November 2025 and paid three times: CAD 824.99 under confirmation number 6704696102, CAD 807.36 under confirmation number 6417000480, and CAD 807.36 under confirmation number 6451944055. I cancelled the reservation on the same day, 22 November 2025. In the Booking.com app, it shows that the payments were deducted, and later that they were refunded after a few weeks. However, this refund has never reflected in my bank account. I contacted my bank, and they confirmed that the money was indeed deducted from my account by Booking.com, but the refund has not been received on my side. Despite this, Booking.com has not helped me resolve the issue. I am requesting a full refund of all three payments, as shown in the Booking.com system, and I want this refund to be reflected in my bank account no later than this week because it has already been a very long time, and I urgently need access to my money.
