As an iPhone 14 Pro Max user, I’m extremely disappointed. My phone has a serious audio issue—during calls, the other person can’t hear me, and videos have distorted sound. I never dropped or damaged the phone, yet this issue suddenly appeared.
I took my device to Apple Akasya’s service center, where they briefly checked and cleaned it. Then, without clear justification, they sent it for further repair. Later, I received an email stating that my microphone was missing and that it wasn’t covered by warranty, AppleCare, or consumer protection laws. They demanded ₺31,000 for the repair—outrageous for a microphone!
The explanation was vague, and the photos they shared didn’t clarify anything. This feels like a tactic to charge customers unnecessary fees. My device is still under warranty, and I refuse to pay such an absurd amount for an issue I didn’t cause.
