iPhone 13 Overheating and Shut Down Issue - I Request Full Refund

On 31/08/2025, I purchased an iPhone 13 from the Turkcell Store and from the very first day, I have been experiencing serious issues such as overheating, not charging, and the device turning on and off by itself. The phone is only 7 days old and still under a 2-year warranty. Due to these problems, I applied to an authorized Apple service center, but despite the warranty, I was offered a paid repair. Since these issues began from the moment I bought the device and the warranty is still valid, being asked to pay was very disappointing. I purchased this product with invoice number FAT2025000000098, and I am requesting a full refund. I kindly ask for my grievance to be resolved as soon as possible.
