iPhone 13 Battery Drains, Overheats & Won’t Connect

I purchased an iPhone 13, and within just one month, it started having serious issues. The battery drains on its own, the phone won’t make calls or connect to the internet, and it overheats extremely fast.

I contacted Apple customer service, but instead of providing real solutions, they just brushed off my concerns with generic responses. How can a brand-new phone have so many problems? This is completely unacceptable for a premium device.

I demand a proper resolution, whether it’s a repair or replacement. A phone that fails within a month of purchase should not be considered normal. Apple, fix this issue and provide real support to your customers!
