Last month, I bought an iPhone 13 from Turkcell, and everything was original. However, last week, my charging cable almost exploded—it melted and got so hot that it even burned my hand. My charger melted completely. I reached out to everyone, including Apple. At first, they said they would help, so I made an appointment and went to the Apple service center. However, they claimed it wasn’t an original charger and warned that it could damage the phone or even cause it to explode. My phone was nearly destroyed because of this charger. If they don’t help, I will take the matter to the consumer arbitration board and escalate it to the highest authorities if necessary.
