I bought a ProPlus subscription for one month on Investing.com, but my membership got canceled just two days after I paid. Even after submitting a support request and giving all my information, my support tickets were removed. On January 16, 2024, I purchased the Pro+ membership at a reduced price, but on January 18, 2024, my membership was unexpectedly terminated despite my payment. I utilized a discount promotion and bought the item at a great price reduction. I have a feeling the problem may have originated from this. I'm having trouble getting in touch with customer service, and I really need them to reply to my emails as soon as possible.
