Investing Pro Subscription Turned Inactive After Reinstall

I am an Investing Pro subscriber, and for about a week the chart section on both the mobile app and the website was not showing the last 10 days of data. Because of this issue, I contacted Investing through the feedback section. They advised me to delete and reinstall the app. However, after doing this, my subscription became inactive and I stopped receiving service.

Even though I provided my invoice and confirmation email, my account still has not been reactivated. I cannot reach any live representative or support agent. When I contact customer service, I am simply told to contact the support team, yet no solution is offered.

I paid $33 for my subscription by credit card, and it is supposed to remain active until November 25, 2025. All my documents and payment information are complete, yet I am unable to use a service I paid for.

I request that my subscription be reactivated as soon as possible.
