• Attach screenshots of the subscription screen, cancellation attempts, and billing statements
• If it was purchased through Apple/Google/PayPal, attach the purchase receipt from those platforms
Ask them to;
• Confirm whether your subscription is still active and why cancellation attempts aren’t registering
• Cancel your subscription immediately and stop auto-renewal going forward
• Explain where and how your subscription is being billed (directly by Investing.com or via App Store/Google Play/PayPal)
• Provide a written confirmation that cancellation is processed
• If applicable, assist with refund
