I Did Not Receive My Money Transfer

On June 18, 2025, I transferred ₺15,000 from VakıfBank to ING Bank. The recipient cannot access the funds because their account is under review. Despite calling both ING Bank and VakıfBank multiple times, and even receiving a call from ING on Friday, June 19, 2025, stating that the funds had been released to my account, the money still hasn’t been deposited as of today, June 25, 2025. I am filing a complaint regarding this unresolved issue.
