Money Withdrawn From VakıfBank Account Without My Permission
On October 27, 2025, ₺22,502.33 was withdrawn from my VakıfBank salary account without my knowledge or consent. This transaction occurred entirely without my involvement, and I received no information about how or by whom the money was withdrawn. I contacted both customer service and the branch regarding the issue, but no investigation was initiated, and I haven’t received any response. This is the first time I’ve experienced such a situation with my account. I request that VakıfBank promptly refund the unauthorized ₺22,502.33 withdrawn from my account and conduct a thorough investigation into the incident.
