AMG Pay Did Not Credit My Deposit Made Through Garanti BBVA

On September 26, 2025, at 18:46, I deposited ₺490 through Garanti Bank using AMG Pay’s “instant transfer” method. However, even after hours had passed, the amount never appeared in my AMG Pay account. I did not receive any error message or warning during the transaction, and there is no transaction record visible on the AMG Pay app or website either. When I reported the issue to customer service, I was told there was a “problem between banks,” but no solution or refund was offered. I have the receipt as proof of the transaction. I urgently request that this issue be resolved and my money be immediately refunded to my account.
