Vakıfbank ATM Swallowed ₺10,000 and My Money Still Hasn't Been Returned
On September 30, 2024, I tried to put ₺21,100 into my account using a Vakıfbank ATM. So, ₺11,100 went through just fine, but the machine swallowed the other ₺10,000. I reached out to customer service and submitted a request three times, but I still haven't seen my money credited to my account. It's pretty frustrating that I've had to reach out several times and still haven't seen any solution. I thought I’d hear back sooner, considering how much money is at stake. I'm in a tough spot right now and need Vakıfbank to sort this out quickly by putting the missing amount back in my account. This delay is not okay, and I need this issue resolved as quickly as possible.
For 3 days, a record has been created, but each time it says that no excess has been detected, and I can't get my money.
