IndiGo Airlines Took My Drone Batteries—No Response or Resolution

I traveled with IndiGo Airlines and encountered a major issue with my luggage. At check-in, I was told to remove my power bank, after which they would send my suitcase. However, when I finally received my luggage three days later, the batteries for my brand-new drone—worth $550—were missing. These were essential parts of my equipment, and their loss is deeply frustrating. I’ve sent multiple emails and messages to IndiGo, but no one has responded or taken responsibility for this. My journey included a 10-hour layover in India, and just before my flight, they flagged my luggage for a power bank. IndiGo, I demand immediate action to return my drone batteries and compensate for the inconvenience and financial loss I’ve endured.
