Flydubai Ignored My Complaint for 3 Months After Theft From Checked Bag

My checked luggage was opened without permission during my Flydubai flight from Ankara to Dubai, and several of my belongings were stolen. I have exchanged multiple emails and calls with the airline about this issue, but it has been over three months and I still haven’t received any response. The last email I received included an Investigation number: 1807279.

I have officially shared every detail of the incident with them, including all requested photos and documents. This issue is not just about the value of the stolen items — it represents both material and moral damage. I expect Flydubai to resolve this matter quickly and take responsibility for the incident.
