IndiGo Airlines Damaged My Luggage and Treated Me Rudely When I Asked for Help

The worst flight I have ever taken was with IndiGo Airlines. Expecting careful treatment, I checked in my luggage under a "fragile" sticker. The suitcase was dirty, damaged, and appeared to have been thrown about haphazardly when I picked it up at my destination. To exacerbate things, my stuff inside was absolutely disorganized. Some things broke and others leaked from crushed packaging. When I asked IndiGo's employees for help, they were nasty, dismissive, and showed no regard for the damage done. They behaved as though it was my responsibility, not as though they had answers. It felt like paying for a premium service and getting total disdain. IndiGo is not something I would advise anyone looking for a journey devoid of hassle.
