IndiGo Airlines Left Me Stranded Without Food or Shelter After Flight Delay

My most recent flying experience with IndiGo Airlines was quite bad. My connecting flight missed since my flight was delayed by sixteen hours. Eventually I was rebooked, but I had to spend two nights at two separate airports without lodging, food, or even a shower. IndiGo Airlines kept shifting the departure time, postponing it hour by hour, thereby leaving us without any clear information. They provided food vouchers, but none of the eateries would take them when I tried to use them. They offered to book a hotel for us at one point, but changed their minds without saying why. Every turn felt as though we were being misled. The lack of help and concern was utterly inappropriate and infuriating.
