Urgent Request for Resolution Regarding Return Process

I have submitted multiple return requests for my order numbered 410304258898856, both through your call center and in writing, over an extended period of time. As the product was delivered defective, this return was not optional but necessary. Since the shipping fee was invoiced together with other items, I repeatedly requested clarification on the amount that should be deducted. However, no clear figure was provided—only an approximate percentage was mentioned (these conversations are recorded and can be verified). Based on the stated percentage, I issued the cancellation invoice by deducting the relevant portion of the shipping cost. As I received no further updates, I followed up again in writing to emphasize the urgency of the matter. Eventually, a representative contacted me and informed me that the cancellation invoice had been issued incorrectly regarding the shipping fee. I was only able to learn this information after several attempts to reach your support team. Contrary to your claims, I was not informed via email or any other official channel regarding this issue. If such a communication was indeed sent, I kindly request that you provide evidence of it. Since I discovered—on my own—that the shipping fee had been incorrectly calculated and that the cancellation invoice was incorrect, I consulted my accountant. I was informed that the invoice had already been processed in the previous month and therefore could not be canceled. I communicated this situation to your customer service team and requested a call back from your accounting department. Additionally, I stated that I would be willing to accept a reduced refund to account for the difference of ₺71.47 in the shipping cost. I also mentioned that I would accept this amount not only as a refund but also as a store credit, as I intend to shop at IKEA again. Despite all these efforts, I have still not received any response. Therefore, I am once again forced to spend my time explaining the situation in detail. Although the product—sent to me in a defective condition—was returned two months ago, I have yet to receive a refund. If you consider the delay interest accrued during this time, the amount exceeds ₺71.47. I no longer wish to spend more time on this matter. I kindly request that this issue be resolved promptly and that you share your proposed solution.
