IKEA Order Undelivered, No Refund Received
On November 11, I purchased six items from IKEA for a total of ₺6,166, paying by credit card, and the delivery date was set for November 16. However, only one of the items was delivered, and the remaining five were not delivered without any explanation. When I contacted IKEA customer service about the issue, they told me that they had no internal information regarding the undelivered items and that I could either receive a refund or place a new order. They kept me waiting for about 10 days and informed me only by email—without even calling—that the product fees would be refunded. Despite this, no refund has been reflected in my bank account. Adding to the irony, I received a phone call to schedule installation for the items that were never delivered. I request that the full cost of the five undelivered items from order number 121111252413896 be refunded immediately to my credit card and that I receive a written and clear explanation as to why no updates were provided and why I was left waiting for so long.
