IKEA Failed to Cancel My Armchair Order and Claims It Was Delivered

Since Saturday, January 4, 2025, I have been trying to cancel my order, numbered 110301253648586. I wanted to cancel my armchair order because it had not yet been shipped. An SMS was sent to me saying that my request was fulfilled. However, starting from the next day, I started to receive e-mails constantly, saying that we have shipped the product, we have delivered the product, evaluate the shipping service of the product. After each mail, I called customer service to explain my problem, that I gave up buying this product, that I made a transaction for cancellation/return, that the product was not delivered to me and that they should correct this mistake as soon as possible. I did not see the slightest help from customer service to solve the problem. First, they said, don't worry, those mails come automatically, your return request is in the records, your refund will be made as soon as possible, then they said system error, and in the last call, they said that they notified the operation unit. The product that I am struggling for cancellation / return is shown as if it was delivered to me 2 days ago, and they do not enlighten me in any way on this issue, they do not take a step towards correcting what they call a system error. I am really surprised by this insensitivity and indifference. All the correspondence or phone records we have made since the beginning of the process are obvious, it is obvious that this product was never delivered to me, is it so difficult to make this examination? Isn't it our right to expect them to call and apologise for this situation caused by their own mistakes and to make an explanation that will comfort me? This should be the corporate attitude of a well-established company. Despite the SMS that my cancellation request was fulfilled, where is the product they shipped? Why is it shown as delivered to me? When will they refund my money? For 5 days I feel like I've been talking to the wall. I can't get a satisfactory, clear answer to any of these questions. Attached is the telephone message sent to me by IKEA indicating that the cancellation has been made but despite this, the product is shown as delivered to me due to a system error! I expect IKEA to urgently correct this mistake and refund my money.

IKEA refunded my money today. I think that the Xolvie by Şikayetvar platform is very effective in making our voices heard and I thank Şikayetvar. However, I am not withdrawing this complaint about IKEA because they made me very tired for five days and I literally lost sleep because I was worried about whether I would have to prove that I did not receive this product. I conveyed this concern to them many times, but they did not take any steps until I wrote here. They also refunded my money quietly, they did not call and say sorry. Although my problem has been solved, my complaint about IKEA's indifference and insensitivity is still valid.
