IKEA Ignores My Wardrobe Door Return and Refund Request
On September 8, 2025, we purchased a wardrobe door, internal components, and mirror products online through the corporate platform. During installation, we noticed that some parts were broken and not suitable for assembly. A report was prepared during the assembly service, and a return process was initiated under the right of withdrawal. A few days later, a return invoice was issued as requested, and I sent the required documents twice via email. Despite calling customer service every day for the past 13 days, I have been constantly told that I would be contacted, but no one has followed up. So far, I have not received any updates regarding the return process, and the products have not been picked up. I still have the items, and I have not been informed about where and how to return them. Additionally, the refund amount stated in the return invoice has not been paid to me. My expectation from IKEA is that the products are picked up from my address as soon as possible and that the refund is deposited into my account without further delay.
