I took the day off from work because my job and home are far apart, and I expected the delivery to arrive today. You send it via Arvato, a logistics company I've never heard of, with no contact information. The shipment tracking includes phrases such as 'out for delivery, on the way.' When evening arrives, no one appears, and the order is later returned to the branch. We call IKEA customer service, and the person on the other end of the line is unable to provide any information. I've been shopping with you for so long that I regret ever going to IKEA for products. I won't even walk by your store anymore.
