IKEA Marked Undelivered Items As “Delivered”

On May 28, 2025, I placed an order with IKEA (Order No: 212805251635316), and the status shows that all items were delivered. However, this is absolutely false—several items were never delivered to me. Undelivered items: • AHEIM mirrored wardrobe doors – 5 units • PAX wardrobe frames (white) – 3 units These items were neither delivered to my address nor was I contacted by the delivery team. No calls, no messages, no visits—yet the system falsely states “Delivered.” To make matters worse: • IKEA’s customer service is impossible to reach, with only automated responses and no human support. • Arvato, the delivery partner, is even worse—no reachable contact, no updates, and no accountability. This situation is unacceptable. I paid over 8,500₺ (approx. €240) for items I have not received, and I have no access to a real person to resolve this. I demand: • Immediate delivery of the missing items or a full refund, • A formal explanation and apology for the inconvenience and the misleading status update, • And urgent improvement of customer support services for both IKEA and Arvato. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will pursue this matter through official consumer protection channels, including the Consumer Arbitration Committee and legal action if necessary. This has been a deeply frustrating experience and I strongly advise others to be cautious.
