My IKEA Order Vanished Into Thin Air, Where Is It!!!

My IKEA order, referenced by the number 123110230107166,  disappeared into thin air on October 31, 2023, after entering the shadowy world of Arvato cargo. I was perplexed to find a note that read "not present" despite the fact that I had provided the correct workplace address and had been physically present at the designated location. It baffles me that the package was somehow redirected to the branch. It's been a full week since I made any attempts to retrieve my package, and it's been anything but smooth sailing. Urgency has taken the forefront, as the items within the package are crucial for my immediate needs. Because of the difficulty of the situation, I have called Arvato and IKEA customer service numerous times, but a solution remains elusive. The whereabouts of my package remain a mystery despite my repeated calls. Basically, I'm hoping that IKEA and Arvato will respond quickly to this issue, fix the problems at hand, and prevent other customers from experiencing the frustration that comes with a service hiccup.
