Disappointing Breakfast Experience at Gaziantep Ibis Hotel After 10 Years of Stay



As someone who has stayed at Gaziantep Ibis Hotel for over 10 years, I’m extremely disappointed with the declining quality, particularly this year. The breakfast is severely lacking—even basic items like tea are unavailable. The cheese served is often moldy and dried out, and when I went down at 7 AM, the boiled eggs were ice-cold, and the soup was no better. The cold cuts were dried up as well. For a hotel that claims I’m a VIP guest, this is unacceptable. After years of staying here, I’m now forced to consider other hotels due to these ongoing issues. The breakfast selection urgently needs to improve and be presented in a way that respects the customers.
