I stayed at Majeste Hotel in Gümbet, Bodrum from September 9 to September 13, booking through Hotels.com with reservation number 72065210236317. Although the hotel was advertised as all-inclusive, management claimed they were closing down and provided no services at all, saying that nothing was available. Throughout my stay, I was unable to benefit from any food or beverages included in the package, and I had to buy meals outside the hotel every day. Alcohol, which was also supposed to be included, was not available either, forcing me to purchase drinks externally. The rooms were dirty, cleaning was not carried out, and there were not enough staff on duty. The few employees present often neglected their responsibilities, were rarely available, and treated guests with a rude and indifferent attitude. Due to these issues, I am requesting a full refund of my accommodation fee along with compensation for the extra expenses I was forced to make, and I expect Hotels.com to take responsibility for this unacceptable experience and resolve my grievance promptly.
