Airbnb Stay at Kadıköy New Royal Suites Ruined by Hygiene Issues and Poor Service

My stay at Kadıköy New Royal Suites booked through Airbnb was a complete disappointment due to serious hygiene problems and terrible service. The room had clearly not been cleaned after the previous guests. There were strands of hair on the sheets, and when we took a blanket from the closet, the bed was infested with bugs crawling all over it.

We couldn’t stay under such conditions and had to leave. On top of this, we weren’t even allowed to check in at 6 PM as promised and were told to return an hour later. Even when we raised these issues, the host didn’t take any responsibility or offer solutions.

We paid for a service we couldn’t use and experienced nothing but frustration. I have taken photos of the bugs and the bed and plan to report this to official authorities. Airbnb and the property owner need to address this immediately and provide a refund.
