Turkish Airlines Lost My Baggage Which Has Tea In It

My cargo was stolen by Turkish Airlines. On January 1, 2024, during the Trabzon-Sabiha Gokcen flight, we checked in a box of dried tea, which was reported missing upon arrival. A report was filed, and we were told we would be informed within 7 days. Despite two weeks passing, no response was received. When we called, we were told that the search was still ongoing. It was promised that if the baggage could not be found, its value would be compensated. After a month, we were informed that our compensation request could not be approved. Neither was our baggage found and delivered, nor was the compensation paid. Employees took the tea and drank it, and Turkish Airlines turned a blind eye to this. I have never encountered such indifferent and inconsiderate employees, both in the call center and those providing feedback. This is a world-renowned company. It's a shame!
