My issue with the shipping company "Kargom Sende" has not been resolved despite the fact that I had previously lodged a complaint against them. As of today, they assert that a request for a refund has been submitted. But despite my best efforts, I have been unable to get in touch with Hummel. To have paid over two thousand dollars for a product that I am unable to receive due to the incompetence of the shipping company is extremely frustrating. Neither making purchases from the Hummel website nor making use of the "Kargom Sende" service is something I would recommend to anyone. Seriously, all you have to do is go to the store and make the purchase there.
