Hello, I'd like to file a complaint about the order I placed. It's unethical for a reputable company like yours to collaborate with a courier service like "Kargomsende." This courier claims that the delivery is ready for distribution but, as shown in the attached images, returns the product to you without making the delivery. My order has been returned without delivery, just as the pictures show. Similar complaints have been made about the same courier company. I've even told people I know who shop online with your company about the problem. This does not reflect well on you. There is already a lack of trust in this courier service, which is tarnishing the reputation of your brand. The location in the shared image, by the way, has nothing to do with my situation. Furthermore, there is no local office where I can pick up my package.
