Hummel Customer Service Negligence

I've been unable to contact Hummel customer service professionals via phone or email, leaving me feeling completely abandoned. I bought a pair of shoes because the sales consultant promised they wouldn't "open up." However, the shoes did not exhibit any symptoms of loosening. When I indicated my desire to exchange the shoes for another pair rather than return them, my request was flatly denied until I filed a complaint. Despite submitting the contact form twice on different days to appeal the judgment, I received no answer. Attempting to contact them via phone proved pointless, since it appeared impossible to connect. Even after writing a follow-up email, I got no response. It's been weeks and I've had no luck getting through. It's distressing to see Hummel ignore consumer concerns after a sale, thereby cutting relations as if the transaction never happened. Hummel has left me quite unhappy.
