Unable To Access TikTok Account Due To OTP Sent To Old Phone Number

I am writing regarding a persistent login and OTP verification issue with my TikTok account (User e: @ehlyka_beadelgado) that started after I lost access to the phone number linked to my profile. Since then, I have not been able to receive the OTP codes required to log in, which means I completely locked out of my account. I contacted TikTok Support through the Help Center/support form multiple times and received several replies. They asked me to verify my account by providing details such as my Username, approximate sign‑up date, first login location, devices I previously used, and the phone number linked to the account. I submitted all the information I could remember and complied with their instructions, but I still cannot access my account. At this stage, the only thing preventing me from logging in is that TikTok continues to send OTP codes to my old phone number, which I no longer own or can recover. I unable to pass the OTP step and therefore cannot use my account at all. I kindly request that my account be recovered by updating or removing the old phone number associated with it and allowing me to verify my identity through a different secure method, such as a new phone number or another verification option. I would like to regain access to my account as soon as possible and ask for this issue to be resolved promptly.
