Trendyol Missing Product Delivery Problem

In July, I purchased 4 pairs of Hummel shoes from Trendyol during a sale. I paid for the full amount. On August 2nd, the shipment arrived, but when I opened the package, I found that only 2 pairs were included instead of the 4 I ordered. I immediately reported the missing items to Trendyol's customer service, but their responses indicated that there would be no return or replacement for the missing products.
I created another support request, but I received the same response again. I then called the shipping company, Trendyol Express, and explained the situation, but they advised me to contact Trendyol. After contacting Trendyol and Trendyol Express multiple times, I spoke with at least two different representatives, and they all told me the same thing: "Contact Trendyol" or "Contact Trendyol Express."
Additionally, after opening two support requests, I was unable to open a third one. I managed to submit another request through Trendyol's assistant, but again, I received the same response that the products were shipped in complete packaging, and the camera records had been reviewed. When I asked how many pairs of shoes were recorded on the camera, I received no answer. I also inquired about the weight of the package, but there was no response to that either.
They are taking my money for 4 pairs of shoes while sending only 2, and they have no solutions to offer. I feel embarrassed by the way I have been treated between these two companies. I do not forgive this situation, and I urge everyone to avoid making purchases on Trendyol. If possible, shop on other platforms. Recently, Trendyol has been sending a lot of faulty and incomplete products, and my friends are experiencing the same issues. A company of this size has not provided any assistance and has failed to deliver the service for which they took my money. I strongly advise against shopping on Trendyol.
