No Refund or Response for H&M Online Return
I returned an item purchased online from H&M over a month ago, yet I haven’t received a refund or even an acknowledgment of the return. H&M blames the issue on their shipping partner, Yurtiçi Kargo, while Yurtiçi Kargo shifts the responsibility back to H&M. This back-and-forth has gone on for weeks, with both parties failing to take any real action.
As a customer, I feel completely neglected and at a loss about what to do next. It’s frustrating to see them mishandle such a straightforward process, and the lack of accountability is astounding. Customers shouldn’t have to fight this hard for a simple return. H&M and Yurtiçi Kargo need to resolve this immediately.
