Freecash Took My Money Claiming Violation Of Terms
I have been using the Freecash app on my Android device under the account smol***alex****@gmail.com and recently experienced a very unfair situation regarding my balance and account status. On July 20, my cashout was suddenly put on hold without a clear explanation. When I contacted support, I was told that I needed to submit an appeal, which I did. Then, yesterday, my account was permanently suspended. I was informed that I had violated the terms and conditions, yet support could not specify which rule I allegedly broke or what exact action on my part was a violation. I had approximately 169 dollars in my balance that I had earned through the platform, and the timing of this permanent suspension, just before I was eligible to cash out this amount, appears very suspicious to me. I carefully reviewed your terms and conditions to see if there was anything I might have violated, but I could not find any relevant point that would justify this action. When I tried to resolve the issue, I initially received only bot replies from support. Only after I directly questioned the ethics of the situation and mentioned that it felt like scamming did I get transferred to a real person, which I also find concerning in terms of transparency and customer care. I request that my 169 dollars, which I believe I rightfully earned, be released for cashout and that I receive a clear, specific explanation of what exact clause in your terms and conditions you believe I violated, with reference to the concrete action on my account that is being used to justify the permanent suspension.
