Order Not Received From The Hummel Online Store For A Week

Hello, the shopping I made through Hummel's website on 23.11.2023 has been waiting at the distribution center of the Kargomsende company for approximately 4-5 days. Today is 01.12.2023, and it still appears to be in the distribution center and has not been dispatched. Hoping for a quick delivery, I chose the delivery address as Hummel Gebze Center AVM store. The funny part is that the stock of the products I purchased is already in the delivery store. Despite this, I strongly condemn Hummel for keeping me waiting for more than a week. Despite writing to the contact form twice, they didn't even bother to respond. It has definitely become a company that I will not shop with again in my eyes.

Unfortunately, my problem resulted in the late arrival of the order. These were urgent needs for my daughters, and two pairs of shoes reached me a week later. This is not befitting of a large company like Hummel. Moreover, I filled out two forms for problem resolution and left my contact information. However, there was no response. If I had gone to the store to buy the products, I could have obtained them the same day. The reason we prefer online shopping is due to our busy work schedules. Instead of providing convenience, it caused us difficulty.
