Free Fire MAX Account Stolen and Banned After Hacker Used Cheat

I am experiencing a serious problem with my Fire Fire / Free Fire MAX account. My account was stolen in 2023 and after it was taken over by someone else, that person used cheats on the account. As a result, my account was permanently banned even though I was not the one who used any illegal programs. In the game, I now see a message stating that abnormal activities were detected on my account and that it has been suspended. I did not carry out these actions myself and I became a victim after my account was stolen. Because of this, I lost access to my account and all my in‑game progress. I kindly request that my account be checked in detail, the situation be re‑evaluated, and the permanent ban on my account be lifted, since the cheats were used by the person who stole my account, not by me.
