HP Victus Warranty Disgrace And DOA Certificate Problem!


I received the HP Victus Gaming 16 Laptop, which I purchased from Amazon, on July 17. I learned that there was a problem with the keyboard of the product and I called customer services. We tried to solve the problem for about 2-3 hours. We updated the driver and did a keyboard test. We could not solve the problem. I decided to send it to the warranty as a solution. When the product came out of warranty, the problem was not resolved, so I called Amazon and said I wanted a replacement, they said a DOA certificate was required. So I sent it to the distributor 'Indeks Bilgisayar'. When the computer came to me, the DOA certificate was rejected. My time was wasted, and on top of that, the problem was sent back without being resolved. I will be going to my university for about 2 weeks at the beginning of the month. I will upload all the documents given to me as additional files here, I urgently request that my problem be resolved and I request the replacement of my computer. They don't help in any way.
