COS Online Store Delays $87 Order Delivery and Ghosts Customer Support
On May 2, I placed an order for a T-shirt on the COS Turkey website, paying in Euros. My order number is 44b638-193, and I paid approximately $87 based on the exchange rate at the time. Even though nearly a month has passed, my items still have not arrived, and I have received no information regarding the status of my order.
Since the website only allows contact via messaging after an order is placed, I sent several messages explaining my situation, but I have not received a single response to date. No tracking information was shared, nor was any explanation provided regarding a delay or cancellation of the order.
I demand that the items I paid for be shipped to me as soon as possible, or if they cannot be sent, that my order be canceled and the $87 payment be refunded using the same payment method. I also request that customer service contact me to provide an explanation as to why this process has taken so long.
