Garena Free Fire Access Restoration

I am writing regarding my Free Fire account, which I lost in 2026 after it was hacked and taken over by someone else. Since that time, I have not been able to access the account again. My Free Fire UID is 3943611244. My account appears to have been compromised without my consent, and I can no longer log in or use it as before. I tried to get support about this situation, but I have not received any response or solution so far. I request that my hacked Free Fire account be investigated, that access to it be restored to me if possible, or that an appropriate solution be offered so that I do not lose my progress and purchases.
