No Warranty Exchange for My Broken HP Victus Laptop
Hello, my #HP #Victus laptop, purchased in July, has multiple issues with its components, rendering it unusable. I couldn't deliver my device for repair during the warranty period. Due to various malfunctions, I handed it over to the store via HP customer support to initiate the exchange process. Ten days later, the laptop returned from Arena Bilgisayar either for a product exchange or payment adjustment. As Teknosa store had no stock, they reimbursed me an amount. However, while the current market price for the laptop is ₺29,000, Teknosa offered ₺20,000, the price from six months ago. Considering ₺20,000 is insufficient to buy a new laptop, I requested the same product from Teknosa. They claim they cannot provide the laptop due to lack of stock and direct me to seek compensation from Arena, the distributor. This process caused me lost time and expenses I couldn't recover. HP directs me to the stores, the stores point me to Arena Bilgisayar. I am exhausted with this loop. Just like Apple and other brands, provide a replacement or compensation promptly. Why are you paying ₺8,000 more for a defective product six months later when you don't have it in stock?
