HP Delayed Replacing My Faulty Victus 16 s 0046nt Despite Ruling
I purchased an HP Victus 16 s-0046nt laptop. In its 8th month, the "W" and "S" keys started to stick and sometimes stopp...ed working entirely. Customer support applied a BIOS update which temporarily resolved the issue. However, in the 11th month, the same problem occurred again. When I contacted them
