Samsung 55TU8000 Screen Flickering – Chronic Fault & Repair Request

I purchased my Samsung 55TU8000 television from the Gizerler store in Adana in 2021. For a while now the TV screen has been flickering continuously, and this situation has become very disturbing during use. The flickering is especially intense when the TV is first turned on, but it does not go away completely and continues afterward as well. The problem occurs in all applications and image sources, so it is clearly not related to a single application or broadcast but appears to be due to the TV itself. Considering that this is a television that I bought as a well‑known brand product and that this type of flickering is frequently mentioned as a chronic issue, I do not find it acceptable to face such a malfunction after this period of use. I request that my TV be checked and that the necessary repair be carried out free of charge and that I be informed clearly about the cause of the problem.
