HP Victus Laptop Dead Pixel Defect
I reached out to the HP Turkey team regarding an issue with a dead pixel on my HP Victus 16-e00nt AMD Ryzen5-5600H 8GB RAM 512GB SSD 4GB GTX1650 laptop. I was given a code. I dropped off the computer at the Yurtiçi Cargo branch using the provided code. Once I had completed the delivery, I received a call from the Yurtiçi Cargo branch. I was informed that there was an issue with the code, which resulted in the service center refusing to accept the computer and returning it. After approximately two weeks (possibly longer, I can't recall the precise date), I personally visited the cargo branch to retrieve my computer. The package had already been flattened. I made sure to capture a video of the box at the cargo branch as evidence. I had to shell out 160 TL for the invoice, and to make matters worse, I ended up wasting a good two weeks on the useless warranty document. I don't require any repairs or anything. I would like to have it replaced with a new one as it is unusual for a computer to have a dead pixel on its screen within a year of purchase. I would prefer not to have the faulty product repaired and returned to me. I've been dealing with this for approximately 2 months. If an agreement cannot be reached, I will seek legal representation.
