COS Delays Overseas T-Shirt Order Past Promised Delivery Date
On March 25, I ordered several white t-shirts from the Costürkiye website and paid a total of over $79. During checkout, I did not see any clear notice indicating that the items would ship from abroad, or it was not sufficiently clear, so I assumed they would arrive within a normal delivery timeframe. My delivery address is Karşıyaka, İzmir.
Even though about 40 days have passed, my order still has not arrived. On April 19, I emailed customer service to check the status, and staff told me the items would arrive within 15 to 20 days and asked me to be patient. However, even after this additional period passed, the products still have not been delivered. My order number is 177443954729585690.
Because the products have not arrived despite such a long delay and unfulfilled promises, I request that my order be canceled and that the full amount paid be refunded to me. I also request a clear written explanation regarding the cause of the delay and the status of the process.
