HP Victus 15 Laptop Battery Draining and Low FPS Issue
Hello, I purchased the HP Victus 15 laptop, and within two weeks, I encountered a battery problem. I sent the device for replacement, which took around a month of back and forth. Finally, the replacement arrived, but it came with a faulty keyboard as the first issue. Additionally, it has a screen shaking problem (2nd issue), low FPS in games like LoL (3rd issue, acknowledged by technical support as a potential fault), and an unusually fast-draining battery (4th issue). To add to the frustration, the warranty on the replacement had already started before I received it (5th issue). I'm currently upset and fed up. While I don't want a refund, I've grown weary of replacement. I've lost two months due to their mistakes, and as I prepare for university, I expect compensation and an apology.
