I made a same-day reservation through Hotels.com for Pamir Butik Otel in Bursa at 8:00 PM and paid in full. When I arrived at the hotel shortly after, they refused to check me in, claiming that I had missed the check-in time.
If the hotel has a strict check-in cutoff, why is the room still being sold on the platform that late in the evening? I booked the room at 8 PM for a same-night stay—clearly within what any customer would assume is an acceptable window.
Hotels.com customer service offered to refund only half of what I paid, which is completely unacceptable. I didn’t receive any service, and the denial of entry was entirely outside my control.
I demand a full refund for the room I was wrongfully denied. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will take legal action. Hotels.com, don’t allow late-night bookings if your listed hotels won’t honor them. This is misleading and unfair to paying customers.
